Great service! Needed vehicle rekeyed while it was in the impound lot after it was recovered from being stolen. From the time we called to the time we had a new key was within an hour. Our other option was to have the vehicle towed to the dealership which would have cost hundreds more.

Very happy with the service. I called around a few places, and either people were way overcharging, or they wanted to charge us just for driving to us, even if they didn't fix the problem.

These guys were on time, same day, on a weekend, and said they would only charge us if they could resolve our issue, which they did quickly. The price was also fair.

I would have gone with six stars if I had the option! When I called, they returned my call before I even had a chance to finish leaving my voice mail. The technician visit to the vehicle at our home was later that same day, exactly when I was told to expect him, and he did a fantastic job. For the products (2 transponder keys and a fob to replace 10-year-old beat up keys/fob) and service we received, I'd say the price is more than fair. If I ever need something similar in the future, I will go straight back to Car Key Action.
